According to ТСН: In Kyiv, the operation of ground electric transport has been suspended on the right bank due to a critical situation in the energy system. This happened as a result of enemy attacks on the infrastructure.

Kyivpastrans reported that to ensure stable transport connections on important routes where trolleybuses and trams used to operate, urgent bus routes have been organized to duplicate their directions.

Currently, in the context of a difficult situation with electricity supply in Kyiv, temporary changes have been introduced in the movement of public transport.
