In China, a man who drove into a crowd and killed 35 people has been executed.

Fan Weici, the 62-year-old culprit of the accident, was executed three weeks after the verdict was announced. The court noted that his motives were brutal, the methods of the crime were particularly cruel, and the consequences were especially severe. It caused significant harm to society.

It is reported that the attacker was dissatisfied with the distribution of property after divorce from his wife. He deliberately rammed into people to express his anger.

Photos and videos of the accident's aftermath show many people lying on the road and sidewalks with scattered shoes. Many of them were dressed in sportswear.
