According to ТСН: The company 'Nova Poshta' has announced the closure of its last branch in Sviatohirsk, located in the Donetsk region. This decision was made due to the dangerous situation in the area caused by the proximity of the front line and regular shelling of the city.

This branch not only provided the issuance and acceptance of parcels but also served as a place to receive humanitarian aid and medical supplies, allowed charging mobile devices and accessing the internet.

Due to the active use of drones by the Russian military, ensuring safe logistics has become impossible. The company reported that employees who were evacuated would be offered new jobs in other branches in safer regions.

Further activities of the company

In the Donetsk region, after the closure of the branch in Sviatohirsk, 37 other branches of 'Nova Poshta' will continue to operate, and by the end of the year, the opening of two more new points is planned.

Moreover, the company is actively developing its network of parcel machines — currently, there are 181 of them, aimed at reducing crowding in branches and ensuring the safety of customers when using services.

Additionally, 'Nova Poshta' draws attention to the fact that some users are receiving fake letters claiming alleged 'debt' to the company.

The closure of the branch in Sviatohirsk has become yet another testament to the difficult situation in regions affected by war. 'Nova Poshta' continues its activities in other areas, emphasizing its commitment to providing services to the public despite current challenges. The development of the network of parcel machines also indicates the company's readiness to adapt to new conditions and improve the safety of its customers.
