Ukrposhta is preparing for an important update to its digital service. The company's CEO, Ihor Smelyansky, announced that in November, a new mobile application with expanded functions is planned to be launched, which will significantly improve the experience of postal service users.

Smelyansky talked about this in an interview with 'Interfax-Ukraine'.

He noted that the new application, developed by Ukrposhta's own IT department, will bring many improvements. Users will be able to track their shipments in real-Time, receive automatic push notifications about the status of packages, and even change the delivery address directly through the program.

"From November, we will introduce a new mobile application, and our sender will be able to see with its help: if he brought the shipment before lunch, guaranteed the next day it will be at the destination address in another city," explained Smelyansky.

The CEO of Ukrposhta reported that the updated application will also allow users to make service payments and receive detailed information about each stage of their parcels' delivery. This is a significant improvement compared to the current version, where users have to manually enter tracking data.

Currently, the new application is undergoing beta testing, with the participation of 22,000 Ukrposhta employees. This will allow the company to identify and eliminate potential shortcomings before the official launch, ensuring reliability and ease of use for all clients.

The launch of the updated mobile application is part of a broader strategy by Ukrposhta to modernize its services and improve customer service quality in the digital age.
