On December 15, scheduled electricity outages will start in Ukraine: current schedule by region.

According to ТСН: Due to damage to energy infrastructure as a result of Russian attacks, electricity outages are scheduled in Ukraine on December 15. The outage schedules will be published by local power companies.

Kyiv

In the capital, hourly electricity outages will be implemented on December 15. In case of changes, DTEK will send information via its Telegram channel.

Dnipropetrovsk Region

To stabilize the situation in the energy system, hourly outage schedules will also be applied in the Dnipropetrovsk region on December 15.

Zaporizhzhia Region

According to the order of NEC “Ukrenergo”, hourly outage schedules (HPS) were in effect in the Zaporizhzhia region on December 15. The electricity supply interruption times, allowing for 30 minutes for switching, will be as follows:

• 1.1: 00:00 – 02:00, 06:00 – 11:00, 15:00 – 20:00

• 1.2: 06:00 – 11:00, 15:00 – 20:00

• 2.1: 01:30 – 06:30, 10:30 – 15:30, 19:30 – 24:00

• 2.2: 01:30 – 06:30, 10:30 – 15:30, 19:30 – 22:30

• 3.1: 00:00 – 02:00, 06:00 – 11:00, 15:00 – 20:00

• 3.2: 00:00 – 02:00, 06:00 – 11:00, 15:00 – 20:00

• 4.1: 01:30 – 06:30, 10:30 – 15:30, 19:30 – 24:00

• 4.2: 01:30 – 06:30, 10:30 – 15:30, 19:30 – 24:00

Hourly electricity outages will also be implemented in Kharkiv region on December 15. Hourly outage schedules (HPS):

As a result of constant enemy shelling, hourly outage schedules (HPS) will be introduced in the Cherkasy region on December 15 on the order of NEC “Ukrenergo”.

Poltava Region

Due to the difficult situation in the energy system of Ukraine, on December 15 in the Poltava region:

• from 00:00 to 08:00 hourly outages (HPS) were implemented in the amount of 2.5 queues.

• from 08:00 to 10:00 HPS were implemented in the amount of 3 queues.

• from 10:00 to 18:00 HPS were implemented in the amount of 3.5 queues.

• from 18:00 to 22:00 HPS were implemented in the amount of 3 queues.

• from 22:00 to 23:59 HPS were implemented in the amount of 2.5 queues.

Sumy Region

On December 15, hourly outage schedules will be in effect according to the volumes submitted by NEC 'Ukrenergo'. On the website of JSC 'SUMYOBLENERGO' in the section 'Consumers-Outages' you can find out your queue by address or personal account.

Energy workers continue to eliminate the consequences of damage, so the outage schedules may change throughout the day depending on repairs and network stabilization.

Previously, the director of energy programs at the Razumkov Center, Volodymyr Omelchenko, noted that, although possible local long-term power outages, the enemy cannot completely de-energize Ukraine.
