Hourly Power Outages on December 22: Detailed Schedules for Kyiv and Regions.
According to ТСН: On Monday, hourly power outage schedules will be implemented in Kyiv and most regions of Ukraine. These measures have become necessary due to the consequences of Russia’s attacks on the energy infrastructure.
Regional energy companies and DTEK have confirmed this information.
The western regions of Ukraine will not be subject to the power outage schedules.
A large number of disconnected consumers in Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions have been forced to suspend outage schedules.
Power Outage Schedule in Kyiv
In Kyiv, power supply may be absent for 7.5 to 13 hours a day. Some subgroups of Kyiv residents will remain without electricity continuously for 7 hours.

In Kyiv region, the duration of outages may reach 12 hours. Some may also stay without electricity for 7 hours.
Power Outage Schedule in Dnipropetrovsk Region
In Dnipropetrovsk region, outages will last from 10 to 13.5 hours a day, depending on the queue. In certain cases, outages may last for 7 hours.
Power Outage Schedule in Zaporizhzhia Region
In Zaporizhzhia, power will be turned off for 11-15 hours. In individual queues, outages will occur three times a day - for 5 hours each time.

In Chernihiv region, outages will last 9-11 hours a day, with power supply potentially absent for up to 5 hours at a time.

In Sumy region, residents will remain without power for 12-14 hours a day. The longest outages may last up to 4 hours.
Power Outage Schedule in Poltava Region
In Poltava region, power outages are also planned:
from 00:00 to 07:00, a GPV of 2.5 queues is implemented.
from 07:00 to 10:00, a GPV of 3 queues is implemented.
from 10:00 to 18:00, a GPV of 3.5 queues is implemented.
from 18:00 to 22:00, a GPV of 3 queues is implemented.
from 22:00 to 23:59, a GPV of 2.5 queues is implemented.
