According to ТСН: The law enforcement officers of the Kyiv region have started an investigation regarding the materials disseminated on social networks that indicate animal cruelty. The incident, which caused serious outrage, occurred in the Bilocherkivskyi district.

According to the police of the Kyiv region, information about the crime was discovered during monitoring of the internet space. A video was published on one of the capital's Telegram channels, which documented unlawful actions towards a defenseless animal.

According to preliminary data, the main person in the video is a 18-year-old girl. She not only committed cruel actions towards the kitten but also filmed the process on her gadget, presumably for further publication online.
