In it, he expressed optimism about the continued support from the USA – both in the war against Russia and in light of developments in Iran. The Ukrainian president emphasized how crucial American aid is for his country, especially as the conflict has now lasted over two years. He was confident that the United States would not forget Ukraine and referred to the largest land war in Europe in decades.

In his speech, Zelensky warned emphatically: If Ukraine falls, Russia could attack NATO countries next. He called for decisive action to stop Russian aggression and noted that Donald Trump only sees one way to curb the Russian ruler Vladimir Putin.
