A conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky

According to TSN.ua: During his stay in Abu Dhabi, Volodymyr Zelensky gave an interview with Fox News. In it, he expressed optimism about the continued support from the USA – both in the war against Russia and in light of developments in Iran. The Ukrainian president emphasized how crucial American aid is for his country, especially as the conflict has now lasted over two years. He was confident that the United States would not forget Ukraine and referred to the largest land war in Europe in decades.

Call to Action and International Solidarity

In his speech, Zelensky warned emphatically: If Ukraine falls, Russia could attack NATO countries next. He called for decisive action to stop Russian aggression and noted that Donald Trump only sees one way to curb the Russian ruler Vladimir Putin. The president hopes for continued support from Washington, as it is of utmost importance for the security of Ukraine and the entire region.

Furthermore, it became known that the USA has asked Ukraine for help in protecting against drone attacks. Other countries have also requested similar support:

  • Saudi Arabia
  • Qatar
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Bahrain
  • Jordan
  • Kuwait

Against the backdrop of the ongoing operation 'Epic Fury' in the Middle East, support from the USA and other nations becomes increasingly important for stability in the region.

Zelensky's statements underscore the strategic importance of American assistance for Ukraine in the ongoing defense against Russia.

Especially the reference to possible consequences for NATO states in the event of a Ukrainian collapse highlights the global significance of the conflict. The requests to the USA and other countries for protection against drones show the growing need for international cooperation – not only for Ukraine but also for the security of the entire Middle East.
