According to TSN.ua: A tram derailed in central Milan on Tuesday, resulting in one fatality and injuries to 39 people. The incident occurred around 4:00 PM local time on the busy Viale Vittorio Veneto. Milan's extensive tram network is a vital part of the city's public transport system.
The number 9 line tram left the tracks and crashed into a building. The deceased was a 60-year-old man, the sole fatality of the crash. Of the 39 injured, one person is in critical condition, while six others sustained moderate injuries.
