According to TSN.ua: A physical altercation broke out in Kyiv on Balzac Street between civilians and officers from the police and a Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC). The incident occurred during a document check of a man who was involved in a dispute. One of the individuals involved in the scuffle was reportedly armed with a baton.
Kyiv police stated that no weapons were discharged during the confrontation. Amidst the struggle, one man managed to break free from a recruitment center van. Although the situation appeared tense, police representatives emphasized that 'no one was detained.'
