According to ТСН: An incident occurred in Horodok, Lviv region, where a minor student pushed his classmate and threw a snowball at her. The court imposed a fine of 850 hryvnias on his mother for failing to fulfill her parental responsibilities.

This incident took place during a school break on November 25, 2025, at the Horodotsky Educational Complex No. 2. The boy, son of Kristina Khlopitska, committed these actions against a 14-year-old girl.

The boy's mother did not appear at the court hearing and did not explain the reason for her absence.

The Horodotsky District Court found Kristina Khlopitska guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 184 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, which pertains to the failure to fulfill parental responsibilities. The court ordered her to pay a fine of 850 UAH and a court fee of 665 UAH.
