According to TSN.ua: A 48-year-old man has been detained for the alleged rape of a 16-year-old girl, who is his son's girlfriend. The assault occurred in the family home in Ukraine's Zakarpattia region while the victim was spending the night. The incident took place during a gathering where alcohol was consumed, and the girl reportedly lost awareness of events after drinking, creating conditions for the crime.
The perpetrator attacked the girl while she was asleep. He was also under the influence of alcohol at the time of the assault. Following the attack, law enforcement officers arrested the suspect and placed him in a temporary detention facility. Investigators have formally notified him of suspicion under Part 3 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
