Nelya Shovkoplyas lost 7 kilograms in three weeks: how the figure of the host changed.
According to ТСН: The host of the morning show 'Breakfast with 1+1' Nelya Shovkoplyas amazed everyone with her impressive weight loss.
The singer participated in a charitable New Year's special edition of 'Dancing with the Stars'. For three weeks, Nelya Shovkoplyas, along with her partner on the show, Maks Leonov, trained hard. As a result, she managed to lose seven kilograms, and according to the host, the changes in her figure became noticeable in volumes.
“Girls, as always, measure everything in kilograms, but experienced trainers advise to look not at kilograms but at volumes. Because in kilograms I lost, I think, not much. I lost 7 kilograms in 3 weeks. But in volumes, I lost a lot. Therefore, I look more not at kilograms but at volumes, at centimeters, which just started to melt away before my eyes,” — noted the celebrity.
Nelya also emphasized that she worked hard to achieve results on the dance floor. However, as she hinted, weight loss negatively affected her well-being. So the host advises doing everything in moderation.
“We were working out a lot with Maks. Now I’m attending rehabilitation (laughs). Because everything needs to be done wisely, not foolishly,” — she added.
Additionally, Nelya Shovkoplyas previously reported that her husband serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and shared how he supported her during her participation in 'Dancing with the Stars'.
According to Nelya, a healthy approach to workouts and the importance of moderation are key aspects for achieving desired results in fitness. This experience was not only about physical changes but also about the importance of proper care for one's health, especially during intense training.
Her story reminds us that even under conditions of extensive efforts, it's important to listen to your body. The support of loved ones, as in Nelya's case, also proves to be critically important on this journey.
