According to TSN.ua: Russian forces launched a nighttime drone assault on the Kyiv region, damaging industrial facilities and private residences. The attack targeted three enterprise sites in the Brovary community, where one building caught fire—though crews managed to contain the blaze. Two private homes also sustained damage, with their facades and roofs destroyed. The strike further affected vehicles, damaging two cars and one truck.

On March 21, Russian troops struck Zaporizhzhia for the second time that same day, cutting electricity to more than 47,000 subscribers. According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration,

“the attack left over 47,000 subscribers without power.”

Fedorov warned that

“some parts of the city may experience ongoing power disruptions.”
