A teacher in Nezhukhiv received a reprimand for violating her duties

According to ТСН: In the village of Nezhukhiv, a primary school teacher Natalia Sulik faced punishment for regular violations of her official duties and refusal to adhere to established procedures. This was reported by the head of the educational institution, Anatoliy Smakal, in an interview.

He noted that Sulik repeatedly ignored her responsibilities: she skipped classes, changed the schedule without explanations, violated the timing of excursions, and did not provide written reports on problems in the classroom. Based on these facts, an act was drawn up, and a service investigation was initiated after students were unable to go on an excursion during classes.

To assess the situation in the classroom, a school psychologist was involved. However, it later turned out that Natalia Sulik illegally shared the psychologist's conclusions in a parents' chat, violating the confidentiality of children's personal data. This became another serious violation that could negatively affect the rights of students and their parents.

'The first reprimand was issued for failure to fulfill official duties, frequent changes to the schedule, and skipping classes. The second reprimand is being considered for violating confidentiality: she spread psycho-pedagogical characteristics of children in the parents' chat, which is unacceptable. She is currently on medical leave, but after her return on Monday, we will process all the documents,' the head of the school added.

The events in Nezhukhiv have caused widespread resonance, as the issue of educational quality and teacher responsibility is becoming increasingly relevant. The response to the situation with the teacher at the lyceum may serve as a lesson for other educational institutions and parents of students who are concerned about adherence to educational standards and the protection of children's rights.
