According to ТСН: On Wednesday, cloudy weather with clearings is expected in Ukraine. There will be no precipitation, only in the Carpathians and Transcarpathia a slight snow is possible during the day. In the western regions, fog will be observed at night and in the morning. There may be icy conditions on the roads in some places.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, the wind will blow from the west and southwest at a speed of 5-10 m/s.
The temperature at night will range from 15 to 20° below zero, during the day it is expected to be from 8 to 13° below zero. In the south, southeast, and in Transcarpathia, the temperature at night will be within 9-14° below zero, and during the day - 3-8° below zero (in Crimea at night - 2-7° below zero, during the day the temperature will remain around 0°).

In Kyiv and the region, it will also be cloudy with clearings, without precipitation.
There may be icy conditions on the roads in some places.
The wind will remain from the west, with a speed of 5-10 m/s.
The temperature in Kyiv at night is forecasted to be around 15-17° below zero, during the day - 10-12° below zero.
In Kyiv region, the temperature at night will be 15-20° below zero, during the day - 8-13° below zero.
As a result of enemy shelling and severe frosts, emergency power outages have been introduced in Kyiv due to infrastructure damage during the enemy's night attack.
This situation highlights the difficulties faced by the residents of the capital and the region in the conditions of frosts and enemy threats. Emergency power outages may complicate people's everyday lives, however, services continue to work on restoring electricity supply and ensuring the safety of the population.
