In Kyiv, a man was fined 17,000 UAH for a cynical performance in a store.
According to ТСН: A hooligan was fined 17,000 hryvnias in Kyiv. Under the influence of psychoactive substances, the man staged a "show" in the sales area, exposing his genitals to customers.
This incident is described in the verdict of the Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv.
Incident Details
The event took place in December 2025 at the "White and Dry" store. As the investigation established, a man from Cherkasy, being "high", entered the store, undressed, and began engaging in unhealthy actions to satisfy his sexual needs.
The "performance" did not last long — witnesses quickly intervened and stopped the hooligan before the police arrived.
The accused admitted his guilt, did not deny any details of the investigation, and agreed to the verdict without prolonged court hearings.
The court noted that his actions are marked by "exceptional cynicism" and a clear disregard for moral norms and rules of conduct in public places.

The court found the man guilty of hooliganism and imposed a penalty in the form of a fine.
Amount: 1000 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, which amounts to 17,000 hryvnias.
