Search for Andrii Artemiuk Intensifies

According to TSN.ua: Polish authorities are actively searching for Andrii Artemiuk, a 39-year-old Ukrainian national who disappeared on February 16, 2023, in the city of Świdnica. According to reports, he left his hotel carrying a bicycle, a guitar, and a dark travel backpack. He was last seen departing from the hotel grounds.

Artemiuk stands approximately 193 cm tall, with a slim build and short light-brown hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was likely wearing a gray tracksuit and dark shoes. Since then, no updates on his whereabouts have emerged.

Police Appeal for Public Help

The Świdnica police are urging anyone with information about Andrii Artemiuk to call emergency number 112. Notably, on March 5, 2023, another Ukrainian—20-year-old Mykola Shcherbul—went missing in the Czech Republic. Investigations continue, and law enforcement hopes public assistance will help locate the missing man.

This case has sparked concern within the Ukrainian community in Poland and beyond. Police are conducting active search operations, but the lack of information about his location raises safety concerns.
