Extraction of the girl and her children from a dangerous situation
According to ТСН: In Zaporizhzhia, the dispatcher of the emergency medical service received a call from a four-year-old girl who reported that her mom was not waking up. Thanks to the quick actions of the medics, the woman was hospitalized, and two children were placed under the care of their grandfather.
A unique call came to line 103: the child explained that her mom was unresponsive. Dispatcher Svitlana USATA acted quickly and professionally. During the questioning, it was revealed that together with the mother in the apartment were two more children – aged two years and four months.
Thanks to the coordinated work and the prompt identification of the address, the emergency medical team arrived on the scene. The woman was hospitalized to the nearest hospital in Zaporizhzhia, and the children were successfully handed over to their grandfather.
KNP 'TMO “OCEMD and MK” ZOR' expressed gratitude to Svitlana for her high level of professionalism, humanity, and ability to make quick and correct decisions in critical situations. Such work of dispatchers, as in Svitlana's case, makes emergency medical assistance more effective and reliable.
This situation once again emphasizes the importance of the operational work of emergency aid services, particularly dispatchers, who play a crucial role in people's lives. Thanks to their qualifications and quick response, even greater tragedies were avoided.
