This assessment comes from Ihor Fedirko, executive director of the Ukrainian Arms Manufacturers Association. He emphasized that the endeavor is highly complex and demands substantial technological resources, making it far from a straightforward task.

A video released on February 27 showcased the test launch of a new Ukrainian ballistic missile designated FP-7. The weapon is produced by the defense company Fire Point, whose co-founder is Denys Shtilerman. Fedirko stressed that building such an intricate system from scratch without external technological assistance is nearly impossible.
