In most regions of Ukraine, the most common names are: Sofia, Eva, Emilia, Solomiya, Maria, Zlata, Milana. These names remain at the peak of popularity among parents, combining classical Ukrainian traditions with well-known global variants.

Among male names, the most frequently chosen are: Artem, Matviy, Maksym, Mark, Tymofiy, Oleksandr, David. Their popularity indicates stable nationwide trends that maintain a balance between traditional and modern sounding.

- Western Regions: among girls, the popular names are Solomiya, Justyna, Ulyana, Sofia; among boys – Marko, Dmyan, Matviy.
