March 24 Fuel Prices: Diesel Rises, Petrol Barely Budges.
Ukraine's Fuel Price Update
According to TSN.ua: On March 24, 2023, gas stations across Ukraine adjusted their fuel prices. While the average cost of petrol remained largely unchanged, diesel prices saw notable movement. Diesel now ranges from a low of 85.90 UAH per liter to a high of 89.99 UAH. The cheapest diesel is available at state-owned company Ukrnafta, priced at 80.99 UAH per liter. Reports indicate diesel prices climbed by 1 UAH over the past day.
Petrol and Autogas Prices
For petrol, the A-95 and A-95+ grades at KLO stations rose by 1 UAH. Premium A-100 petrol averages nearly 85 UAH per liter. Meanwhile, autogas prices hover around 46.98 UAH per liter, with the lowest price of 43.49 UAH found at BRSM-Nafti. The highest autogas prices are recorded at WOG and SOCAR at 76.98 UAH, and at OKKO at 76.99 UAH.
Fuel supply remains stable, but expert Serhiy Kuyun warns that Ukraine only has enough fuel to last until the end of March. He also notes that current supply volumes are consistent with 2025 levels.

Additionally, a fuel cashback program is in effect from March 20 to May 1, 2023. As a result, Ukrainian consumers are closely watching price changes, especially for diesel, which shows an upward trend.
These price adjustments reflect current economic conditions in Ukraine and the impact of external factors on the market. Rising diesel and petrol costs may indicate higher supply expenses or shifts in demand, which is critical for drivers and businesses. The fuel cashback program aims to support consumers amid fluctuating prices, potentially easing the financial burden.
