Kyivstar Launches Free Service for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Clients
According to TSN.ua: Ukrainian telecom operator Kyivstar has launched a free service utilizing QR codes in its stores to assist customers with hearing impairments. With approximately 230,000 people in Ukraine using sign language, this initiative aims to make customer service more accessible. By scanning a QR code displayed in stores, clients can quickly connect to the assistance they need.
This QR-based service is provided free of charge to all customers and is designed to significantly simplify communication for the deaf and hard of hearing. It represents a growing trend in Ukraine to improve accessibility in retail and service environments. The service has been implemented in several Ukrainian cities, including:

- Ivano-Frankivsk
