According to TSN.ua: A court in Kyiv has sentenced two residents, aged 18 and 31, to eight years in prison for fatally beating a 49-year-old man. Both assailants received the sentence for the intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm that resulted in the victim's death.

The fatal incident occurred in May 2025, when the two accused repeatedly struck the victim with their hands and feet, primarily targeting his head. The 49-year-old man sustained a severe open traumatic brain injury from the assault and later died in the hospital.
The Dniprovskyi District Court of Kyiv delivered the verdict, finding both men guilty of the crime under Part 2 of Article 121 of Ukraine's Criminal Code. The court determined that the attackers' actions directly led to the victim's fatal injuries.
