Dmytro Ivanovich Kuleba- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine since March 4, 2020. Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration (2019-2020).
Place of Birth. Education. Born in the city of Sumy. In 2003, he graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in international law. Doctor of Law. Speaks English.

Career. His professional career began in 2003 as an attaché of the General Legal Counsel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
2005 - Third Secretary of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
2005-2009 - Third and Second Secretary of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna (for the OSCE).
2010-2012 - First Secretary, Advisor, Head of the Secretariat of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
2013 - Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine (Konstantin Grishchenko) for humanitarian affairs.
In 2013, he left public service and headed the UART Cultural Diplomacy Foundation.
In June 2014, he returned at the invitation of Minister Pavlo Klimkin as the Commissioner for Strategic Communications to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He worked on developing strategic communications for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, integrating modern communication technologies into the Ministry's work, and shaping Ukraine's public diplomacy.
On April 9, 2016, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko signed a decree appointing Kuleba as the permanent representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe.
On August 29, 2019, the Ukrainian Parliament approved the new government composition, and Dmytro Kuleba was appointed as Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration.
On March 4, 2020, Parliament voted for the resignation of Oleksii Honcharuk as Prime Minister, leading to the resignation of the entire government. On the same day, Parliament approved the new government composition, and Dmytro Kuleba was appointed as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
