According to TSN.ua: A man in Kyiv is facing legal consequences for shoveling snow from a sidewalk onto a roadway, thereby creating a dangerous obstacle for traffic. The incident occurred on February 5 at 21 Velyka Zhytomyrska Street. According to the Kyiv Patrol Police, the citizen's actions of clearing the sidewalk resulted in an artificial obstruction on the carriageway, endangering other road users. Patrol officers discovered the violation around 3:00 PM while inspecting the street network.
