Ukraine Revises Key Defense Initiative

According to TSN.ua: Ukraine has amended an experimental defense project, enabling critical infrastructure companies to receive additional weapons and ammunition. This move is designed to enhance their capacity for self-defense against aerial threats. Under the new regulations, these enterprises are granted broader authority to establish their own dedicated air defense units. A crucial requirement is that all personnel in these units must complete training and obtain certification from institutions designated by the Ministry of Defense, underscoring the emphasis on professional readiness for effective air defense operations.

Armed Forces Command to Provide Support

Furthermore, the command of Ukraine's Air Force will supply the participating enterprises with weaponry and ammunition. The equipment will be issued from military stockpiles for the duration of the experimental project. The Air Force will determine the specific list of systems and the volume of ammunition allocated to each enterprise, allowing for more precise and effective provisioning.
