According to ТСН: In Ukraine, on Wednesday, December 31, hourly power outages are being introduced. This decision is a result of large-scale missile and drone attacks by Russia on energy infrastructure facilities.
In none of the regions, namely in Prikarpattya, Zakarpattya, Volyn, Lviv, and Rivne regions, electricity outages are not planned for this day.
