The incident occurred on December 4, 2025, when the Tesla was parked under a first-floor balcony. The 40-year-old man was found guilty under Article 173 of Ukraine's Code of Administrative Offenses, which deals with petty hooliganism. During the hearing, it was established that the man was aware he was being observed but did not react appropriately. A witness testified that the driver noticed her filming him with her phone, which only prompted him to laugh. The court sentenced the driver to 40 hours of community service and imposed a court fee of 665.60 hryvnias.
