Temperatures are expected to swing from nighttime frosts to as high as +19°C in the northeastern regions. According to meteorologists, March 31 will bring overcast skies and moderate rainfall across the country, with light precipitation possible overnight in parts of the Left Bank. Winds will predominantly come from the southeast, blowing at 5–10 m/s.

Daytime temperatures will range between +11°C and +16°C. In the northeast, the mercury could climb to +19°C, while western Ukraine will see cooler weather, with highs of +5°C to +10°C. In the Kyiv region, nighttime lows will be +5°C to +10°C, with daytime highs of +11°C to +16°C. The capital itself will see overnight temperatures of +7°C to +9°C and daytime readings of +13°C to +15°C.

Temperature Outlook Across Key Cities

• In western Ukraine, particularly Lviv, overnight lows will drop to +1°C to +3°C, with daytime highs reaching +6°C to +8°C.
• Odesa will experience nighttime temperatures between +8°C and +10°C, climbing to +11°C to +13°C during the day.
• Kharkiv will see daytime highs of +16°C to +18°C.
• In Dnipro, overnight lows will be +8°C to +10°C, with daytime highs of +14°C to +16°C.
• The Cherkasy region will have nighttime temperatures ranging from +3°C to +8°C, with daytime highs of +12°C to +17°C.

Meteorologist Natalka Didenko noted that 'the weather is expected to be unstable.'
