According to TSN.ua: On March 23, Russian drones launched a fresh assault on the Sumy region, with one unmanned aircraft striking a vehicle and injuring a father and his 13-year-old son. The car burst into flames and suffered severe damage upon impact. Medical teams are currently evaluating the victims, who are receiving necessary care, according to Oleh Hryhorov.

That same day, a grain storage facility in the Trostianets community was also targeted. During the second strike, a firefighting tanker truck at the scene was damaged. Hryhorov noted that the enemy's tactics remain unchanged, focusing attacks on civilian infrastructure and people. He urged residents to stay cautious during air raid alerts and seek shelter in safe locations.
