Arctic cold hits Ukraine: meteorologists warn of -20°C and blizzards.

Starting from January 10-11, an invasion of arctic air from the northern latitudes is anticipated. In the western and northern regions, as well as in the Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions, temperatures could drop to -14-20 degrees Celsius, and in some areas even to -23 degrees. During the day, temperatures will range from -9 to -15 degrees.
