On January 28, the armed forces of the Russian Federation launched drones against Ukraine. The UAVs were moving from eastern and northern directions. Specifically, drones were spotted in the Kharkiv region, heading toward Chuhuiv and Pechenihy. Additionally, drones from the Sumy region were directed toward the Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions, including the Pryluky district.

During the air raid alert, one of the projectiles struck a school building, though no casualties were reported. City authorities are urging the population to remain in safe locations and follow official instructions.

"We call on city residents to immediately proceed to the nearest shelters and remain there until the alert is over," the Kyiv City Military Administration stated.

The situation in Ukraine remains tense due to ongoing military actions by the Russian Federation. These frequent air raid alerts across the country highlight the persistent threat from hostile forces. For context, such drone and missile attacks have become a regular feature of daily life for millions of Ukrainians since the full-scale invasion began.
