According to TSN.ua: A shooting occurred at the town hall in the Czech city of Chříbská on January 19, resulting in two fatalities and six people wounded. The assailant, who was in possession of three illegal firearms, was also killed during the incident. Among the injured are Mayor Jan Macháč, three police officers, and three civilians.
According to Czech Interior Minister Lubomír Metnar, the situation is serious, but he stated there is no further danger as the attacker is dead.
