According to ТСН: The court in Ternopil has issued a verdict against the administrator and coach of a football academy, who was accused of creating and distributing pornographic materials.

Details of the incident

According to the case materials, the accused filmed two recordings of a sexual act using his Xiaomi Redmi 9A smartphone. The investigation revealed that the filming took place in the apartment of his acquaintance.

On December 16, 2024, the man sent these videos via the Telegram messenger to his acquaintance. The expertise confirmed that the sent files contained pornographic materials.

Who is the accused

According to the court, the man has a higher education, has no previous convictions, and at the time of committing the crime worked as an administrator and coach at a football academy.

The position of the accused and the court's decision

At the court hearing, the coach admitted his guilt and expressed sincere remorse. The court took into account the positive characteristics and the absence of prior convictions as mitigating circumstances.

The judge found the man guilty under Part 1 of Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (production, storage, and distribution of pornographic materials) and imposed a penalty in the form of a fine of 17,000 hryvnias.

In addition, the convicted person is required to pay the costs of the expertise. His mobile phone, which was used for the crime, will be returned to the owner after the verdict takes legal effect (the arrest has been lifted).

It should be noted that in Dnipro, a woman was fined over 86,000 UAH for a video.
