According to ТСН: A yellow danger level has been declared in Ukraine.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, warning of dangerous meteorological phenomena.
Weather Warning
"On Tuesday, January 6, ice is expected in the central, eastern, and most northern regions, as well as in the Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernivtsi regions; in most northern and central regions, as well as in Odesa and Chernivtsi, fog with visibility of 300-500 m; icy conditions will be present on the roads, except for the southern part of the country," the report stated.
Possible Consequences
The Ukrhydrometcenter noted that weather conditions may complicate the operations of energy, construction, and municipal enterprises, as well as transportation traffic.
It was previously reported that from January 6 to 8, the weather in Ukraine will significantly worsen: forecasters predict snow and ice.
These meteorological phenomena can pose a serious challenge to the country's infrastructure, and drivers should be especially cautious on the roads.
