According to ТСН: Ukrainian singer Dmytro Volkanov recently drew public attention with a funny incident on New Year's Eve. In the program 'Alone with Glamour', he shared how, while making a wish, he wrote it on a card and set it on fire. But everything did not go as planned: the unfortunate sheet fell into a glass of sparkling wine, and Dmytro nearly choked.

'There was a force majeure where I choked on the wish card. They started to revive me. Well, I read a lot, wrote a wish on the card, set it on fire, and my fingers began to burn with fire. I dropped this card into the champagne, drank it. And that card got stuck in my throat,' confessed the artist to Anna Sevastianova.

Dmytro also spoke about how he spent the holiday this year. If he previously worked during the New Year's holidays, this time he decided to welcome the New Year in the family circle.

'I will be at home. I’m not planning anything. I want to spend New Year's absolutely peacefully in a family circle for the first time in probably six years. Every year there was work, but this year December is busy for us, and as for New Year's Eve, I'll be at home,' shared the performer.
