According to ТСН: Ukrainian actor Taras Tymbalyuk talked about his participation in the 'Holostyak' project and shared details about the shooting fee.

Why did Taras decide to participate in 'Holostyak'?

The artist became the main character of the 14th season of the reality show. In a conversation on the YouTube channel Okay Eva, he admitted that several factors influenced his decision to participate. Taras wanted to try something new and gain a unique experience. In addition, he did not rule out the possibility of meeting a potential partner. Another goal was to attract the attention of a new audience.

“I went to the 'Holostyak' show for several reasons. Firstly, I was going through a very turbulent emotional period when I made this decision. And I wanted absolutely some new, unique experience. And this is really a unique experience for an artist, no matter who went there. I truly expected that I could meet some interesting person there, with whom I could try to build a relationship. I wasn't going there for money,” - confessed the actor.

The fee for participation in the show

Taras notes that although he was not particularly interested in money, he did receive a fee for his participation. The actor explained that he did not want to waste time for nothing, so he discussed with the producers a sum that would correspond to his usual rates for a filming day in cinema. After 'Holostyak', Taras raised his fees.

“Let me say this about money right away. I earned the same as I did in cinema. The thought that I was going there to make money did not arise in my head. I certainly did not want to waste my resources and do this for free. So, I approached the producer and suggested dividing it into filming days, and they would pay me as I ask in a full-length film. This issue was closed. I went there to attract a new audience to myself, I'm not hiding it. I find it interesting, the media aspect of being an actor is very important,” - admitted the artist.

Relationships after 'Holostyak'

Taras chose Nadya on 'Holostyak', but the couple soon parted ways. Rumors emerged that the actor was still maintaining a relationship with his former partner, businesswoman Svitlana Hotochkina. Recently, she revealed the truth about whether they are still dating Taras.
